changes not reflected

I’m facing a very strange issue here.

Recently I made some changes on a php template used for a page which is assigned as “home” through the Reading Setting.

If I call this page as original permalink, I see the change.
but if I call this page as home by tying https://www.xxxx.com, I don’t see the change.

I thought this was a cache problem on my browser but it doesn’t look like so.
I cleared the cache on my browser, and I even tried on my wife’s computer that has never visited this domain name, but I get the same results.

Any clue any one?
