changes made to form not updating on live site

Hey everyone. I’ve made a few changes to the “book an estimate” form (free version) and after updating the changes they don’t show up on the live site except for on my computer.

My computer the changes look as they should, but my clients computer and every other computer he’s tried, it still shows the old version of the form.

Seems weird to me, any ideas why the changes don’t show up on his end?
