Changes made in back end not working in front end

Hi

I had a new review via FB, so I refreshed to get the new review in the reviews list in the backend of wp – where it does show. But in the front end it doesnt.

In fact, even when I change the settings to display 4 reviews in a row and 999 total reviews, even this doesn’t change – it stays at 2 per row on the front end. It’s like it’s not receiving my instructions to the front end somehow?
