Changes <div> to <p> in WYSIWYG editor ?

Hi,

I know this was a previous problem with TinyMCE and WP and wondered if it still does that annoying thing where you insert <div> tags, then go back to edit and they’re changed to <p> tags.

If so, what is the workaround? Is there another WYSIWYG editor I can install which won’t do this.

Basically I have two <div> elements, one floated left and one right and the client has to be able to edit these, preferrably without seeing any code ??
