• Hi everyone, I have an issue with my WordPress page and a calendar plugin. When I insert the shortcode into my page and publish it, I can see the calendar on the page. However, as soon as I refresh the page, the calendar disappears and is no longer visible. I have to go back to the page with the calendar’s shortcode and publish it again for the calendar to appear. The same thing happens when I activate or deactivate any addon—the calendar shows up, but as soon as I press F5, it disappears again. It only appears when I make some changes on the page. I’ve tried all WordPress cache options, clearing my browser cache, etc. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    What plugin is this?

Also you mention WordPress cache options. Are you using a cache plugin or does your host include caching?

    Hi @nervosaur

I hope you are doing well today.

If I read this correctly you try to make a plugin conflict test. If yes include in that test your theme and check the results. Here is some guide which can help to make this test in a good way:

Please deactivate all plugins except this Calendar one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works.

Before this test, I recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

So, I tried testing by disabling plugins, and you’re right, the issue is caused by the Elementor plugin. When I disabled it, the calendar plugin worked fine. The downside is that I’m used to working with Elementor, as it makes my work much easier. https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/calendars/cp-multi-view-calendar?documentation=open this is the calendar plugin

I resolved this issue, so for anyone experiencing the same problem, it’s caused by the Elementor plugin, which has Elementor caching enabled in its settings. You just need to disable this option. Thank you to everyone who reached out and wanted to help me—I really appreciate it!
