Changes in Settings are not getting saved

I cannot add new rss feed. I cannot delete existing feeds. Initially it shows it shows the feeds are added or deleted, however, when I sign out from wordpress and sign back in the feeds are not added or deleted. Seems like it is not saving any changes. I have Reinstalled the plugin.
However, there is no change. I want to reset the plug in but even after reinstalling all settings and feeds come back. Why is this saving data even after deleting the plugin. I believe if I can reset the plug in data, it can be fixed but reinstalling the plugin is no help as it is resuming from where I left.

Please help.
