Changes in Roles – What’s possible?

Hello,

My website offers a subscription service using WooSubscriptions.

Registered users on our site are given the role “Customer” and registered users who become subscribers are given the role “Subscriber.”

Does this plugin make it possible to:

1) Add a tag to contacts in MailChimp based on the change of a user role in WP/WooCommerce? Or add a contact to a group based on the change of a user role in WP/WooCommerce?

AND

2) Remove a tag from a contact in Mailchimp based on the change of a user role? Or remove a contact from a group based on the change of a user role in WP/WooCommerce?

An example to illustrate how we’d use this: A Customer becomes a Subscriber in WooCommerce. We’d want them to receive certain campaigns from Mailchimp. If they cancel their subscription with us, they’d go from Subscriber back to Customer in their user role within WordPress/Woo. If this occurs, we’d want the contact information in Mailchimp, whether a tag or inclusion in a group, to be updated immediately and automatically so that the canceled subscriber no longer receives certain email campaigns. We’re hoping to use this plugin to automate the management of tagging (or grouping) contacts as active subscribers versus customers.
