Changes don't upload

I’m trying to create a website using Responsive theme. I am still on the home page trying to load Widgets 1, 2 & 3. Sometime they appear when I “visit site” sometimes they don’t. Either way they never to upload onto the “real” internet. I can’t see the page displayed correctly in either IE, Firefox or Google Chrome.

Anyone any ideas – I’ve been struggling for about 6 hrs now!
