Sorry but we are unfortunately unable to reproduce the issue on our test site.

This may be due to an incompatibility with your theme or another plugin you are using. I would recommend to try it with a fresh install of WordPress with only BuddyPress and Verified Member installed to see if it works.

i have the same problem on a live-site. I also installed a fresh installation on a subdomain only with buddy press and verified member (theme twenty nineteen) and unfortunately it doesn’t work.

We have just released version 1.0.2 of the plugin which should fix the saving issue.

I will go ahead and mark this as resolved but you can always open a new ticket if there is still an issue.

The color setting is currently on our roadmap and is planned for the next update, however at the moment I cannot say when that update will be released.
