Change/remove column for Interest group, and other question

    Hi Evan,

    1. How do I change or remove the number of columns for the interest group in the widget?
    For a page it is fine to have several columns. But for a widget, 3 columns make the text label cramped.
    2. Is it possible to create more than 1 form for 1 list?
    I have need to put forms in sidebar (using widget) and front page (full-width). So the list is the same but the styling is different.

    OK. I’ve done with the question #1.

    But not #2.
    Revision to question #2: it is not styiling that is different. I don’t want to display the interest group on the frontpage.

    And now I have question #3:
    How do I use placeholder for the name and email input box?
    I tried to use placeholder=”” in the input tag but it doesn’t display. May be I put the code to wrong place?

    Aside note:

    I think you got the wrong input box for Placeholder and Custom Class in the Mailchimp Forms setting. They are mixed. Input box for Custom Class are on the left, and for Placeholder on the right.

    Hi,

    I’m not entirely sure I understand what you’re after. For #2 , you’re looking to hide the interest groups on one page, but keep them visible on another?

    Also, what do you mean our placeholder and custom classes are incorrect? Adding a class to the custom class field prints out the custom class on the appropriate input field.

    Can you provide screenshots and/or a link to a live site so we can take a look?
