    Hello,

    Thank you for creating great plugin.

    1.
    I want to re-connect to different accounts(WordPress.com, Google, Google Merchant Center) since I have to quit “administrator” of my business.

    For now, I am using my account.
    Can I dis-connect my account and re-connect with new account?
    Nothing will be changed on listed products. All products does not de-list on Google shopping. Am I correct?

    My products have many customer reviews. but there is no stars(reviews) on my products on Google shopping search result.
    Why and how can I display the customer reviews on on Google shopping search result?
    I am using “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin.

    To disconnect the previous account, follow these steps:

    Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

    Why and how can I display the customer reviews on on Google shopping search result?
    I am using “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin.

    Could you please try disabling this plugin? After doing so, could you add a review using the default review option and see if it shows up or not?

    thank you for your reply. does the listed products affect the disconnect and re-connect the account?(like de-listing on Google Shopping)

    After you disconnect your current account and then connect your new account, the new feed will overwrite the old feed.

    Are you using this Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin?
    If this is the plugin you are using then it sends an email to customers for posting a review.
    For more details, I suggest you contact their support.

    Yes, I use the review plugin.

    But I dont use customer email review. I just use only normal review.

    But how can I contact plugin support?

    All I have to ask is “The product reivew does not show google shopping”. does this sentence ok?

    You can also ask if their plugin is compatible with Google Listings and Ads.

    Hi all, thanks for sharing a helpful way to remove a different WordPress account. I have followed the link and procedure, uninstalled Google Listings and Ads plugin, but my old WP account is still connected. I have repeated the above procedure several times. I do not have an option to disconnect Jetpack though – could it be the reason? Also, my old WP account is one of the admins – could it be the reason as well? When I test WordPress connections status I get that my different account/old account is still connecnted ( I removed name of the account and email):

    ResponseRequest: GET /wc/gla/jetpack/connected Status: 200 Response: { “active”: “yes”, “owner”: “yes”, “displayName”: “_______________”, “email”: “[email protected]” } Saved Connection option = connected

    it seems it is auto connecting because it is one of the admins? Thanks for your help
