I’ve been using LeftSide and it has been updated regularly, which is a good thing.

I wonder, however, if there is a changelog for it. I’m don’t feel comfortable updating without knowing what is the update for.

I looked the author site but couldn’t find one.

Thank you for let me know.

    Can I make a suggestion?
Make the changelog available in some page so people can know in advance or decide if they want to upgrade or not.

The way it is today, most of people will know after the fact.

You can optionally download to PC, open and read it before updating but I doubt the typical user will do that.

    Hi,

Users should always update a theme or plugin to latest version.

If a user wants to make changes to a theme, he/she should use a custom style editor plugin or create a child theme. In stead of making changes to the theme itself.

I understand some users would like to know which changes are made to a theme, but an official theme update should not contain major layout changes (so most users will not notice the difference between old and new version).
