"Changed your domain" popup – ok to reset connection?

Hi, I had the following message:
“It looks like you may have changed your domain. Is https://www.tempdomain.com still your site’s domain, or have you updated it to https://www.yourdomain.com?”pop up after moving the site to a beefier hosting plan. When the host moved the site over, they used a temporary URL to install the site to the new server to keep downtime at a minimum. It’s now been switched back to the same/old URL. If I reset the connection (to the usual URL), will it loose all of the Jetpack Data previously collected? Or will that be preserved? I want to be sure before I do anything.
