Changed wp_config.php = White Screen!!
-
Here’s the deal:
I am switching over to BlueHost. I followed all the steps: exported my SQL database from the old host, created a new SQL at BlueHost and imported the sql file.
I went into the wp_config.php file and changed the Database name, user, and password. (Host = ‘localhost’)
I am 100% certain I am using the correct name, user, and password of the new SQL database I created in BlueHost. (i.e. I wasn’t trying to use my wordpress password)My site now turns up completely blank. In addition, I noticed that if I try logging into WordPress (https://DOMAIN.com/wp-login.php), it’s as thought my wrodpress account doesn’t exist (I am SURE I typed in my login and password correctly).
Help!
