Changed wordpress url and broke my site

    This is the message I get

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    You can change the URL back using one of the methods outlined in these instructions: Changing The Site URL

    You’re welcome! I hope it helped.

    I just encounter this problem when i update my plugins. I find .htaccess is the cause of the 500 Internal Server error, renaming the .htaccess file fix this issue. Hope this help.

    It did not work

    I tried to fix it according to your suggestion and I got this:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function update_option() in /home/manantialdenube/manantialdenubes.org/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2
