Changed wordpress location

So, under one of the wp-admin settings tabs i was tinkering with the wordpress location and the blog location and I changed the wordpress location and now I can no longer login to my wordpress at all!
please help I’m really stuck as to how to fix this.
so now when I go to my login page url/test/wp-admin the browser says its not there but it’s still there when looking at it via FTP so how do I get the wordpress web app to point back in the right direction?
