Changed WordPress, & Blog URL in settings, can’t log in!!

I was in the process of going live with a new WordPress design. The site had been on an IP address. The new site had propagated on most computers except my office network. I logged into the WordPress (using IP address) and under settings updated the WordPress address (URL) and Blog address (URL) to the domain name. Now on the computers I check it is showing the server HSphere page. This includes the computers that had previously shown the new site.

How can I log back into the WP Admin to change those settings back to the IP address for now? Each time I try and Log-in after I enter my UN and PASS it takes me to the server HSphere page.

The IP address shows the site, but it is not loading any CSS files and is looking super bad b/c of that.

Any ideas!??????????
