Changed WordPress Address in Options, and broke the blog
-
I am sorry, I don’t know how to better describe what happened.
Here is the blog: https://www.babys-first-year.com/all-about-babies/ and I am using the Blix-0.9.1 theme
The page was cached on July 1st, before I added any content, and you can see the “look” here: https://64.233.161.104/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2004-38,GGLD:en&q=cache:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.babys-first-year.com%2Fall-about-babies%2F
Now, here is what I was doing when this broke: I was trying to update the WordPress Address (under Options) from https://www.babys-first-year.com/all-about-babies (which takes you to https://baby.gifts-911.com/all-about-babies/), to https://www.babys-first-year.com/all-about-babies/ (I added the trailing slash, to make it go to the baby’s first year site, which is set up as a subdomain on the gifts-911.com site).
That didn’t “take”, so next, I deleted the https:// to see if that would work, and in the process of doing the above, the computer stalled, ans went to a “page can not be found”.
Now, I can’t log into the blog (it doesn’t recognize my login information), and it looks broken (if you click on any of the entries or categories, it also goes to a “page not found”).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Adriana
