Changed website URL and it somewhat exploded. cannot access anything at all.

i dont know what version of wordpress i’m using.

i logged onto my website at the old url (toothandclawdesign.com) and changed the website URL to beccahallstedtdesign.com but i can no longer access any part of it. when i log onto beccahallstedtdesign.com/wp-admin, it says it isn’t available. when i go to the wordpress site and log in to change the website, it says i need to update jetpack but when i click to go to the website to do so, it says there as well that the website is unavailable. do i just have to wait for the URL to fully change or is this a bigger issue?
