changed webhosts – can’t upload

I changed webhosts and when i attempt to attach a file from the new webhost to b2, I receive and sql/db error “insert command denied to user:’ also ‘warning, cannot mofify header information….’

I have not been able to locate in wordpress any means for modifying the webhost information.

I’d appreciate your help.
