Changed web adress in settings at now not working

Hi, in the dashboard I changed the name of the web site address and closed the page before it finish saving.
I now can’t access my website or wordpress dashboard. All I get is https://www.philgreen.co/ which is not what it should look like. I try to log in to the dashboard but it comes with a 404 error.

Does anyone know why this may be happening and how to fix it.
