Changed URLs, lost access to site, got back in, changed URLs back, won't work.

So yeah, the wordpress URL in my admin panel got changed, it was original https://www.electrialskills.ie/WP. I changed this and got locked out of my admin panel. At first my site was still running, just without a theme. I then started following guides to change my URLs back, I followed these guides, tried a few of them, managed to get back into my admin panel and change the URLs back and now my entire site wont work. Anyone got any ideas?
