Changed themes, now My Page Order doesn't work

Oops! I think I made a boo-boo. I decided to try on another theme to see if it would work for me and then reverted to the old theme. The Widget names were different from my current theme so I had to move all the widgets back. When I tried MPO it didn’t make the changes. Is there a way to fix this without redoing everything?
