• I had created all my forms with a previous theme. When I changed themes last night the borders which surround the input fields are no longer visible (i.e. input field box directly below ‘Name’. If I place my cursor in the spot which should be visible and click then the border shows up. I have looked through all the possibilities for changing style options but I am unable to make the input field borders visible. I am assuming that I will either have to contact the theme’s creators or change themes…is there anything else I could be missing?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi, your current theme is probably removing the border.

Can you carry out the following test. Test one of WordPress defaults themes like Twenty Fifteen. If this works then you know that your current theme is removing the border.

If the above is correct then your best option is to contact the theme developers.

    Thank you

    Hi MBR,

Yes I figured that was the case. Thanks for your response!

No problem ?? Good luck with your issue.

Can you mark this support thread as resolved since the issue is related to your theme and not the plugin.

    Thank you
