Changed "Shop" page text …. and can't seem to change it back now?

I added some text to the main “Shop” page, and I can’t seem to remember how to get back to it to change or delete it now; I’m going to try just deleting the Shop page and restoring it …. somehow … but on a different test site, since I REALLY would like to be able figure out how to edit anything that I’ve done and nondestructively change it back.

the bit I’m talking about is “All Products (Category Pages coming soon)”

I just want to get at it and delete the “Category Pages coming soon” part, but generally just frustrated that I can’t find it anywhere. I’m ONLY changing things from within the Dashboard, not editing any files directly.

Any idea where this is hiding?
