Changed server and can't log in

  • I have changed server for my site https://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk, and now I can’t log in, in order to upload my site, and so my site is still down.

    Trying to log into WP, I’m told I have the wrong password, but requesting a new one sends a link to my email address for an OLD username with another site I used to have!

    I don’t have another email address associated with https://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk, so I’m flummoxed! Any help gratefully received. Thanks.

  • So, are you saying that their should be a WordPress site on that domain name? It’s showing the files currently there, and there’s nothing there.

    Where are you trying to log in at?

    That’s right, JR, there has been a WordPress site for a couple of years now. I took it over from someone else in March and it was all fine until it was taken off the old server. I just don’t understand why, when I try to recover the password for the username “Jennifer”, the password reset link says the username is something completely different, that of an old site I used to have. So I can’t reset the password for “Jennifer” and get back into my wp files. Help!
