Changed permalinks and now i get duplicate meta description…

    Hello,

    I changed my perlamink structure and i use Permalink Redirect plugin to 301 the old links to the new but when i check stats in google webmaster tools more and more duplicate meta descriptions are showing up …. Please advice.
