Changed permalink and cannot get to my site

It seems I have done something I should not have done. I changed the url in permalinks for my blog, I was trying to get one of the pages to appear that would not. Now I cannot access my blog at all, except as a list of links with no images. I get this message when I try to use my old link:
Moved TemporarilyThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email redacted] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I do not know how to get back to my page. I logged into WordPress with my user name and password, but cannot get to my page from there either. I have looked through the forums but I cannot find something that addresses my issue, or if it does I am not knowledgeable enough to understand it.
