Changed Page to Have Sidebar and is listing items not in calendar format

  • We installed the plugin tonight to replace another calendar system we were using and when it was first installed it showed a calendar which was great, then it suddenly changed to listing the events in reverse chronological order and changed the display of our page to include a sidebar (even though it is set to full-width) and no longer displays our banner bar on that page.. I’m completely confused, please help correct this!

    Basically what we have showing to display on the page is not showing at all and is being over-written somewhere… we have testimonials that are no longer showing or a CTA for suggestions for workshops too, neither are displaying either anymore. Thank you.

    In addition, the widget on the homepage footer is not displaying how many options we’ve set it to (6).

    Sorry you’re having trouble,

    It looks like you’ve disabled the plugin – that makes it hard to diagnose what’s going on! ??

    Any chance you could reenable it, and give us an email at [email protected] ? We might need to get dashboard access to fully diagnose the issue.
