Changed name of staging site now can’t login

    Hello all,

    Have made a bit of a major error. i changed the url of the staging site i was working on. I changed the name from : staging.sitenames.com to staging.sitename.com after i noticed that i had made it plural by mistake in the first place.

    Making that change kicked me out of the site and now i can’t login. When i try i get:

    This site can’t be reached

    Check if there is a typo in?staging.sitename.com.Try:

    • Changing DNS over HTTPS settings

    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAINCheck your DNS over HTTPS settings

    Go to Opera > Preferences… > System > Use DNS-over-HTTPS instead of the system’s DNS settings and check your DNS-over-HTTPS provider.

    Is there anyway i can undo what i’ve done or is all lost? Please bear in mind i have little experience in this area. I barely remember how i set up the staging site to be honest.

    Having a staging site on a subdomain means you are using WP STAGING PRO, so please send us your site’s system information (from WP STAGING > System Info) via this form and we will help you further from there.
