Changed Hosts and now Can't find my website admin or live page
-
I have had this issue for some time now and don’t seem to be making much progress. Someone please help!
I created a website https://www.reflectdreamlive.com through a hosting and online website community Wealthy Affiliate. They were very good however I no longer required their service to it’s full extent and cancelled my membership to save money on hosting. The problem is, everything I did when building my website was via a link within Wealthy Affiliate. The link directed to a wordpress login whereby I would log into my site dashboard and edit the site. Since cancelling my subscription I have moved the hosting services to ipage and changed the DNS settings. At this point I learned that I would need to download my site files and upload them to the ipage server to begin editing my site again. Trouble is I can’t access or find my files or my website! If I type the url into the browser it comes up with an error. I have contacted Wealthy Affiliate and they have said I can access the site files and site again if I was to re-subscribe. They also said I still have access to the wordpress sites but offered no further information despite my requests.
I have attempted to log into the site admin using wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com site log in options but the username and password I was using previously to gain entry to my site dashboard doen’t work.
I am at a loss and have no idea what to do or where my website has gone. I messaged support at wordpress.com and they have not got back to me either.
Can anybody help me please?
Kind Regards,
Damien.
