Changed Home URL, now I'm locked out!

Hi,
I was hoping to mask my clunky URL, so I went into Settlings>General and changed “”WordPress address (URL)” a.k.a. the Home URL. Now, neither https://www.newurl.com/login nor the https://www.oldurl.com/login will let me get back to the Dashboard to change it back. Help!
