  • Can you download a new copy of your theme from somewhere? If so, just replace the header.php file.

thanks but I think the plug ins might have changed the code as the blog disappeared even though I didn’t change the theme.

Disable the plugins and see what happens.

thanks! you really saved me tons of hours.

the problem was the theme I was using had a conflict with 1 plugin (called head-cleaner).

Glad you got it fixed…I guess the plugin really did “clean the header” ??

new problem – now my admin panel disappears when i click on plugins install. It only comes back when I click admin on the top right.

i think it may have been one last plugin i installed. But I can’t get to the plug in menu to uninstall it now. any suggestions?
    thanks!

FTP to your site and delete it from the plugins directory. If that doesn’t work, then you may need to disable all plugins through phpMyAdmin…see the following video for that process.
