Changed header and get red cross

  • Hi,

    I have tried to update the header by uploading a new jpeg. When I save it and anyone who is not logged into the admin it shows as just a red cross in the top left corner.

    If I use the old header all works fine. The new image is exactly the right size and both are jpegs so not sure why this is happening. I am using the standard Twenty Ten theme with no child themes. I first tried this with version 3.4.1 and tried updating to see if it helped with no difference.
