Changed domain but page tab says different

I recently changed my domain name. The issue I am having now is when I visit my blog, the page tab that usually shows the blog name and description is still showing the old information. I have changed it by going to Settings>General, and saved and still yet it is showing my old blog info.

What am I missing here?
