    Hi. I have recently changed the domain of my website. Since then I can make mailchimp connect with my website. The error I am getting on the plugin is

    “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.”
    I tried to change api key and uninstall the plugin and reinstall it, but I can’t get out of it, can you help pleaase?

    Hi @gabrielepanozzo, thanks for reaching out. If you’re still unable to get the plugin working, I’d recommend the following:

    1. Deactivate & delete the plugin
    2. Go to MailChimp & delete the connected site(s)
    3. Reinstall the plugin
    4. Enable the “Standard” logs in the plugin
    5. If applicable, post back any errors you see in the logs
