change/add an another super admin

Hello,

the Multisite Language Switcher uses just standard-functionality of WordPress. The plugin does not change anything here.

For a better security for your website I suggest to use a service like CloudFlare (there is also a plugin for that) and Two-Factor Authentication (with Authy for example).

You can already change/add an networkadmins in WordPress. Read on here: https://wpmututorials.com/how-to/how-to-add-a-new-super-admin/ Additionally you can also change the Reference User in the Multisite Language Switcher so there is nothing to add.
