change ?xxxx to /lang/

Hello

My current site structure is with languages like this:
https://www.saveatrain.com/blog/apps-download-traveling/?lang=de

and i want to change it via transposh to
https://www.saveatrain.com/blog/de/apps-download-traveling/

if i change it, will your software pick it up and create it automatically?

OR can i add redirect with these changes somehow say if find ?lang=xx change url to
/blog/xx/ORIGINAL STRING AFTER /BLOG/
