change wordpress to own language version

  • hi,permanantly i had installed wordpress 3.3.1 english version,i found that i have authority to download wordpress3.3.1 on my own language version, can i do this? does any guide line to reviews? pls give us some clue.

    thanks for reply,Amy.i had already follow the instruction at your url link,and i found that it request us enter my Akismet API key,when i logon to the Akismet website,and apply once,they told me i have to purchase and said that i already got once already,seem they not allow us to key in by this key,do i need to apply another once with my another email address and get the API key to apply on this application but not under the same API Application email for this change?
