Change WordPress Homepage URL

I’m stuck on one thing. I have a site. I only want to change the home page link of this site and nothing will happen to the subtitles.

Sample: sitename.com/ sitename.com/site

In other words, when someone enters sitename.com, it will be automatically redirected to sitename.com/site. This easy step I did it. However, I want the articles to be sitename.com/text-title instead of sitename.com/site/text-title.

How do I implement this process in WordPress?
