Change “wordpress address” and “blog address” through ftp?

I have two wordpress blogs, they are https://www.guitarherogeek.com and https://www.news-pulse.com. I made a mistake and put https://www.guitarherogeek.com for the “wordpress address” and “blog address” under general settings in my news-pulse.com site. Now whenever I try to log into news-pulse.com it redirects me to my guitar hero site and I am not able to log in. Can I change these address’s through FTP or any other way? Thanks for your help!!
