    Hi,

    1. You have to play with CSS.
    2. Sorry there is no “Add to Cart field”, do you use the latest version ? If not update, ot provide me the correct field name.
    3. yes use example 3 in the usage screen named “To use variation of the price and shipping use the following trigger text….”
