change widget title background image size

I am trying to change the size of the post header images as well as the “where to?” box that I have created and it’s driving me crazy!

Can anyone help? I would like to change the height to be more in line with the text size, i.e. the blue bar in the where to box.

Any help sooo much appreciated!
