Change Widget Recent Posts Title Number of Characters

    can you please instruct me how to Change the Widget Recent Posts title for a smaller number of letters?

    This seems to be easy to change if I was using just the sidebar.php but I’m using the sidebar widgets.

    Where can Ii change this function please?
