Change VAT number on my profile page

Hi,
it’s possible:- add an option to change the VAT number on the profile page in the frontend in the “billing address” section so that the customer can change it at any time
- show the VAT number always into profile page in the frontend and backend
- make the text of placeholder translated withgiulio WPML
