There are 10 total questions on our quiz. I would like to give each wrong answer clicked a value of “1”. I also need to make it so that if all (10) questions were positively answered for a total of “0” points, the user sees the positive result message. If the user chooses just one question wrong, I need to show the negative message. Currently, it is showing 0-5 as a positive message and 6-10 as a negative message. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks for your assistance,
    WDWS

    Hello again,

    Hmm. That’s a bit different.

This could almost be done if you made 10 results. Then you could make the individual result for 0 0 points be the “Positive” result, and the other 9 results be the “Negative”

It would still be a little hard in the free version, as the screen showing if the each answer was correct would say the wrong thing.

But with the premium version you’ll have the option to hide these completely, so that only the result you create is shown at the end.

Also, you might find that a personality quiz, available in premium, can be made to suit your purposes better. It’s not so much a matter of right or wrong in a personality quiz. Learn how those work here:

Let me know if that helps, or if you have any other questions. I won’t mark this as resolved yet, as I want to think about what else we can do.

    Hello again!

So I thought of a solution that should be pretty easy for both of us to execute.

So the issue right now that is if you setup a quiz as I have described, the right/wrong answer panels will be backwards. So we can reverse them!

First, we need to use one of our translation methods to change the texts on these pages from right-wrong, correct-incorrect, and vice-versa. Instructions here:

    https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/change-text-elements/

Onc you’ve done that, get back to me with the final published link to your quiz. I will create a couple lines of CSS to switch the background colors for the red/grewen answer panels.

You’ll still need to fill out the quiz backwards (ie put the wrong answer in the right answer fields and vice versa). And you’ll still need to create 10 results, laartely duplicates except the first, as described above.

Get back to me with that URL, and I’ll think you’ll be set. We hope to see you upgrade.
