Change users’ preferences in bulk

Hello all!

We have a group with a default setting set to “all email” which means users are getting too much email, so we are exploring if there’s a way to change them all to “no email” and then ask the users to choose their own preference for frequency.

Is there such a way to change the email frequency for all users in a group?
