Change User Role & Update Profile Fields

    Hello… I’m using Ultimate Member with WordPress (not using the UM theme just the core plugin)
    It’s all going great… except when I launched the site there was an obsolete member registration and profile still available (my error) and I need to change their roles so they can update their profiles with the form fields in the active profile forms. UM docs says I need woocommerce extension to do this… which is rather pricy. I’ve tried changing their roles in user role settings but nothing has changed on their profiles (I’ve ensure the roles are changed in their UM role settings too)

    What can I do to change their roles and profile forms?

    Hi @askaly

    Does your site have plugin cache installed? If so, could you please try excluding the profile page from the cache and see if this will make a difference?
