• Hi,

    I enabled a domain name for my site and now each time I go to mynewdomain dot com, the page redirects me to the old url I had.

    I went to Settings / General but the option to change the url isn’t there..
    How I change it?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    IN Settings -> General there are none options to change the urls of the site

    The 3rd and 4th input field are there for this. Do you see no fields named “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” there?

    No there aren’t there..

    I tried and removed the above from the wp-config.php

    define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true);
    define('MULTISITE', true);
    define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', false);
    define('DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'mysite');
    define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/mysite-folder/');
    define('SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);
    define('BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);

    and then the options “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” appeared. However the plugin stopped working..

    In that way you just removed the part that is important for a multisite. And yes, the Multisite Language Switcher would not work anymore…

    Please read the part “Relocate method” on the page that I indicated before.
