Change upload path on a multisite

Hey Guys,
I have a problem with media upload of my Site.
When I upload a image WordPress generate this path:
https://mydomain/wp-content/uploads/sites/1/myupload.jpgBut the image is uploaded to:
https://mydomain/wp-content/uploads/myupload.jpgHow can i change the upload path on a Multi Site?
Any suggest?
